Thinking about adding a few hours in private practice? Let's talk.

A supported, low-pressure way to build your private practice experience — alongside someone who genuinely loves this work.

About this opportunity

I'm a clinical psychologist running a deliberately small private practice, and I'm looking to invite a team member who'd like to add a handful of private practice hours into their week.

This isn't a rapid-growth play. What I am looking for is the right person. Someone whose values align with mine, who cares deeply about the people with whom they work, and is thoughtful about what it looks like to do this kind of practice well.

If you've been quietly wondering whether private practice could be part of your professional life - but haven't quite known where to start - this might be a soft landing.

Who I'm hoping to hear from

You might be a good fit if you are:

  • Warm, authentic and energetic in your clinical presence — clients feel met by you.

  • Dedicated to good quality care — you take your work seriously, but not yourself.

  • Looking to add hours, not replace your main role — this is designed to complement existing work, study, or other commitments.

You don't need years of private practice experience. You don't need a marketing plan. You just need to be the kind of clinician I'd happily refer my own family to.

How to express your interest

If something in this resonates, I'd love to hear from you.

Tell me a little about who you are, where you're at in your career, and what's drawing you toward private practice. A CV is not required at this stage — I'm most interested in the personal fit. At best we work together in harmony and at worst we’ve both made a warm professional connection.

I'll personally read every message and reply, even if the timing isn't right.
